club held its annual picnic at McKee Farms Park on July 11. Thirty
members were present for the pot luck supper and they seemed to enjoy
the food, music and fellowship. There were ham, turkey and roast beef
sandwiches along with soft drinks furnished by the club and plenty of
good food furnished by the members. Two new memberships were received.Our
special thanks to Cheryl Sullivan for coordinating the event and Larry Lowden for
short meeting was held with Michael Lang providing an update on the
Mad Gael Music Fest which will take place on August 25 & 26 at
Breeze Stevens Field.He also included a
rundown of the performers taking part. The club agreed to provide
volunteer support for the festival. Larry Lowden is
handling the scheduling of volunteers which will be in two-hour

board members are asking for suggestions on how the club can obtain new
members and officers. These are critical issues for the continuance
of the club. The treasurer has also become concerned about the
financial status of the club. Please step forward if you can help.
